I just placed my order, but I need to change something/add something to it. Can I do that?
Use the contact form provided on the contact page with a subject line of "Attention: order change" and I'll do my best to accommodate changes. If a shipping confirmation has already been sent to you, I will not be able to alter your order.
I received my order and want to return it. How do I do that?
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please mail any unwanted items to the return address provided on your invoice. Sale items are final sale.
How should I care for my tallulah accessories and textiles?
Spot clean with damp cloth. All textiles should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Are custom orders possible?
Customer orders are fulfilled on a first come/first served basis, with only four spots available each year. Don't hesitate to reach out for more details!
